Poda · P2 · Conexión
Write your data once, in one place.
What this problem costs
Most businesses lose between 80 and 200 hours a year retyping the same information.
What this does
- Connects two of your systems so information gets entered once.
- Decides which one is the source of truth, so there's never two versions of it.
- Maps the fields that matter and syncs them whenever something changes.
- Logs errors somewhere you can read without knowing how to code.
What this doesn't include
- Doesn't clean up old data.
- Doesn't migrate historical records.
- Doesn't connect a third system — that's a different poda.
How it works
Now
You pay and book
Right on this page. The kickoff call is when the ten business days start counting, not the payment.
Kickoff call
We map the fields
A 30-minute call. You walk away with the exact list of which field goes where, and which system leads.
Days 2–8
Build and test
Tested against your real data, not sample data. If something doesn't line up, you see it before it goes live.
Days 9–10
It goes live
We leave it running and show you how to read the log. Thirty days of adjustments included.
Requirements
Both systems need a way to talk to other software over the internet — usually called an "API," and most modern software has one (QuickBooks, HubSpot, Airtable, Salesforce). If one is custom-built or lives only on paper, it probably doesn't. If our kickoff call shows one of the two systems doesn't have an API, I'll refund you in full that same day.

Estimated operating costs: $5–15 a month, paid directly to the providers (not to Poda).

Before you pay
Don't buy this if you're about to switch either system in the next six months.
Wait, and connect them once. It'll cost you less, and we're telling you now, not later.
