Process automation · Puerto Rico · English & Spanish
We automate the everyday tasks that steal time from your team's best work.
Follow-ups, quotes, new-client paperwork, data entered twice. We automate it with the tools you already use: one process at a time, fixed price, in 10 business days.
- Fixed price
- agreed before we start, never by the hour
- 10 days
- business days, start to delivery
- Yours
- the workflow and your data
What we solve
What industry are you in?
It's not that your business is disorganized. This work comes with the industry. Pick yours and see the problems we see most, and how they get solved.

What we see most in technical services
Problem → the poda that cuts it
A customer asks for a quote at 7pm and nobody answers until tomorrow. By then they've already called someone else.
No one waits more than five minutes
Every lead gets a reply within minutes and a booking straight on your calendar.
What's included and what isn't →Every quote is built by hand, from the same price list, in the same spreadsheet.
Quotes out the door in an hour
Your pricing rules build the quote. You just review it and send it.
What's included and what isn't →Quotes go out and nobody follows up on them again.
Follow-up that doesn't forget
Automatic reminders that hand the case to you if the customer doesn't respond.
What's included and what isn't →What we see most in accounting
Problem → the poda that cuts it
Chasing every client for their documents, one email at a time, every season.
Follow-up that doesn't forget
Every client gets their own reminders. You just see who's still pending.
What's included and what isn't →New client: engagement letter, W-9, questionnaire. Everything arrives by email, incomplete and out of order.
Paperwork, sorted before day one
One link collects signatures and documents, and tells you when the file is complete.
What's included and what isn't →The same numbers get entered in QuickBooks, then again in the working spreadsheet.
Write your data once, in one place
We connect the two systems so the data gets entered once.
What's included and what isn't →Honesty
If the problem is entering the same numbers in two systems, what you need is to connect them. We're not going to sell you AI for that.
What we see most in property management
Problem → the poda that cuts it
Maintenance requests come in by WhatsApp, email, and phone call, with no single record.
Requests that answer themselves
Every request comes in through one place, gets a reply, and reaches the right vendor.
What's included and what isn't →Chasing late payments, tenant by tenant.
Follow-up that doesn't forget
On-time reminders, and it only escalates to you when a conversation is actually needed.
What's included and what isn't →New tenant: application, ID, lease, and deposit — chasing every piece by hand.
Paperwork, sorted before day one
The file completes itself before you hand over the keys.
What's included and what isn't →Honesty
Before we start, we confirm your platform allows connecting to it. If it doesn't, we tell you before charging you anything.
What we see most in law offices
Problem → the poda that cuts it
New client: fee agreement, documents, contact details. Every piece chased by hand.
Paperwork, sorted before day one
The client completes everything in one link and the file arrives ready.
What's included and what isn't →Pending documents and retainers that depend on someone's memory.
Follow-up that doesn't forget
Reminders go out on their own. Your team only handles what got stuck.
What's included and what isn't →The same data typed into the form, into the email, and again into Clio.
Write your data once, in one place
Data is entered once and lands in Clio on its own.
What's included and what isn't →Honesty
We automate the paperwork and the follow-up. Never the consultation, the legal advice, or anything where a mistake would be professional liability.
What we see most in almost any office
Problem → the poda that cuts it
The same questions and requests, answered by hand every day.
Requests that answer themselves
Repeat requests get their answer or their document without anyone touching them.
What's included and what isn't →Data someone types twice, into two different systems.
Write your data once, in one place
We connect the systems so the data lives in one place.
What's included and what isn't →Follow-ups that depend on someone remembering.
Follow-up that doesn't forget
Reminders that go out on their own and escalate to a person when needed.
What's included and what isn't →Honesty
If your task doesn't look like any of these, tell us anyway. We'll tell you if there's a poda for it, if it needs something custom, or if it's not worth doing.
Recognize yourself in one of these? Or your task isn't here?
Tell us your taskHow it works
Fixed price. Ten days. One process at a time.
No 18-month projects, no hourly invoices. We cut one thing, leave it working, then see if there's another.
What the fixed price doesn't cover
Some workflows use services with their own monthly cost: an SMS number, messaging, or AI credits. We tell you which ones and how much before we start.
1
You tell us the task
In two sentences, or with the 8-minute assessment if you'd rather measure first.
2
We tell you what fits
The poda that solves it and what it costs. Or that it's not worth automating, if that's the case.
3
We build it in 10 days
With the tools you already use. Your team doesn't switch systems.
4
30 days of adjustments, and it's yours
We fine-tune whatever's needed. The workflow and the data are yours.
The podas
Six known problems. One poda for each.
The fair question
Why not just hire an app?
Sometimes that's the right answer. If a tool already exists that solves your problem, we'll recommend it and that's where the conversation ends.
One more app
- Another system your team has to learn, alongside the ones it already uses.
- A per-user subscription, every month, for as long as you use it.
- Your process adapts to the app.
- Solves its own piece, but doesn't talk to your other tools.
A poda
- Connects the tools you already pay for: your email, your calendar, QuickBooks, Clio, your CRM.
- The build is paid once, at a fixed price. The workflow is yours.
- Configured around how your team actually works, in its language.
- Comes with someone who tells you what's not worth automating.
What about AI?
We use it where reading, classifying, or drafting is actually needed. Everything else is a process that works the same way every time.
If a task doesn't need AI, we don't add it. Often the problem isn't AI at all — it's that two systems don't talk to each other.
Who's behind Poda
Questions we get
How much does it cost?
Each poda has a fixed build price, which you see on its page before talking to anyone. Some workflows use services with their own monthly cost, like an SMS number, messaging, or AI credits: we tell you which ones and how much before we start. We never charge by the hour.
What if my task doesn't fit any poda?
We'll tell you. Sometimes the answer is an app that already exists, sometimes it's connecting two systems, and sometimes it's doing nothing.
Do I have to switch systems?
No. We work with the tools you already use. Before we start, we confirm they can be connected.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The workflow and the data are yours. Includes 30 days of adjustments after delivery.
What language do you work in?
Whichever your team speaks. English and Spanish, written natively, not translated.
Start with one task.
Tell us what it is. We'll answer within one business day with the poda that fits, or an honest "this isn't worth automating."
